St. Joseph's - New Gym and Technology Blooms!

On Monday, November 26th, Bishop Robert McManus, along with Dr. David Perda, Superintendent of Schools, and Paul Schasel, Director of Fiscal Affairs, visited St. Joseph School where they toured the school and visited the new Richard A. Nowak Gymnasium and Daniel and Catherine Ivascyn Parish and Performing Arts Center.  A few of the stops they made included Ms. Kelly Bailey’s Fifth Grade class where the students demonstrated how they use their new iPads for their lessons, Sr. Jeanne’s Fourth Grade class where they were serenaded with beautiful songs, and Mrs. Karen Lefebvre’s Seventh Grade Class where the class showed-off their Chromebooks.  Following the visits to the classrooms, Monsignor Czarnecki and Principal Michael Hackenson gave the Bishop a tour of the gymnasium and parish & performing arts center.   Everyone was very impressed!
