On Sunday September 23rd members of our National Honors Society participated in the Worcester County Walk to End Alzheimer’s. Our NHS has chosen Alzheimer’s as their primary cause and has participated in and organized fundraisers/events to raise awareness and donations for this disease, which affects more than 5 million Americans and is the 6th leading cause of death in the country. We are so proud of our students for their constant involvement in the community and in doing what they can to change lives. A special thanks to Mr. Vilandre, who is our NHS advisor and encourages his students to strive for the best and make a difference. SPM: to know, to love, to serve.
