St. Mary's Junior/Senior High School celebrated the Feast of Our Lady of Guadalupe on Dec. 12. Rev. Hugo Cano celebrated a Spanish Mass at Our Lady of Czestochowa Church. The choir under the direction of Jacqueline Weiler and Maia Campbell performed Spanish hymns. A celebration organized by the school's International Club followed. The students enjoyed sharing the day with Hispanic guests and sampling authentic cuisine. Club moderators are Monica Campbell, Esperanza Olivares and Bernadette Harris.

Br. Anthony, Br. Martin and Immaculate Heart of Mary students toured the movie set being built in Harvard Center by Columbia Pictures for the movie "Little Women". Joseph Kearney, Construction coordinator, was very generous with his time going over everything from period building and decor (1860s) to managing crew, supplies, budget and schedule for such a big film!

This partnership will provide curriculum and instruction related to renewable energy sources and their interaction with power storage and the smart grid. Included in this study will be an analysis of the efficacy of the wind turbine and power storage units currently installed at Holy Name High School, providing students with an authentic, unique STEM research opportunity that no other school can match. Students will also explore the social justice issues connected to climate change and the distribution of wealth related to energy production, affirming our commitment to inspire our students to enact positive, Christian change in the world.
The All Saints Academy National Junior Honor Society participated in the Faith Walk for Hunger. These students reached out to family and friends to sponsor their walk on October 17th. The students walked 5 miles to help families in need. Thank you for setting a wonderful example and for helping the many families that do not have
On October 2nd, IHM School (7-12 grade) went to Planned Parenthood to take part in the 40 Days for Life in which they led the Rosary and the singing! #40daysforlife #ihmstillriver
