The Diocese of Worcester believes that a Catholic education should be available, accessible and affordable to any family who wants to provide their children with a quality education in a strong, Catholic environment. Please review the following information.
Diocesan Tuition Assistance is available to those who qualify through FACTS Grant and Aid
Assessment. Parents of children registered at a participating school within the Diocese of Worcester may apply for Diocesan Tuition Assistance which is funded by contributions from the yearly Forward in Faith Endowment and Partners in Charity. The application process for the academic year 2024-2025 has ended.
The 2025-2026 academic year application period will be opening on Monday, December 2, 2024. If you wish to apply for financial aid for your child, please use the link provided by your school at that time to complete and submit a FACTS Grant & Aid Assessment application. Please follow your school's instructions that are included in your child's acceptance packet. International and Pre-Kindergarten students or students on a school's wait list are not eligible to apply for or to receive awards from any Diocesan financial/aid scholarship program. The application submission deadline for the 2025-2026 academic year will be on or before Friday, March 7, 2025.
Another financial resource for families is Adopt-A-Student.
The Adopt-A-Student mission is to provide scholarship awards to students whose families would otherwise be unable to send their children to a Central Catholic elementary or junior high and or high school in the Diocese of Worcester. Scholarships will be presented to students who are not only academically qualified but specifically seek an education in the tradition and environment of Catholic schools, thus providing society with people of faith and strong moral values. Schools that participate in this program are Saint Paul Diocesan Jr. Sr. High School and St. Peter Central Catholic Elementary School in Worcester.
Our schools recognize the need to make Catholic education affordable. We encourage you to visit the school's website in which you intend to enroll your child(ren) so you can see what they offer and to ensure that all avenues of financial assistance have been explored.
